As of August 1st, 2018, all faculty, staff, and graduate assistants of Illinois State University have access to both the Adobe Creative Cloud suite of applications and Adobe Document Cloud, a paper-to-electronic document service.

What is Adobe Creative Cloud?​​

Adobe Creative Cloud is​ a set of applications and services that gives users access to a collection​ of software for graphic design, video editing, web d​evelopment, photography, along with a set of mobile applications and some optional cloud services.

What is Adobe Document Cloud?

Adobe Document Cloud (ADC) for Illinois State consists mainly of the Adobe Acrobat DC software application.  Included are enhanced features including forms, document tracking, and e-documents which are accessible across a variety of operating platforms.

License Benefits

Faculty, staff, and employed graduate assistants may use Adobe software on both University and personally owned computers and mobile devices (maximum of 2 at a time).  For computers owned and/or managed by the University, consult with your local IT support organization.  For personally owned computers, go to adobe.com and “Sign In” with your University email address and password.  Many Adobe mobile apps are available via the iTunes or Android store and advanced features can be “unlocked” by signing in.  Consult the FAQ for more information.

Adobe's Portfolio service is a WYSIWYG, drag-and-drop interface that allows you to create a portfolio website to showcase your creative assets.  

Not sure which Adobe apps are useful for websites, app development, portfolios or illustration?  This is an excellent resource for categorizing each app and sample projects for each.
