Description
The memorial garden dedicated to Lewis L. Legg has a paved area with four stone benches placed in a semi-circle form. The dedication plaque is placed in the ground between the benches centralized in the memorial. Lewis L. Legg was the director for Environmental Health and Safety. As an Illinois State University Planner, he was the greatest advocate for the construction and expansion of the bike path network for the students who reside in the Bloomington-Normal area.
