Derek M. Lough brings a decade of stakeholder experience to the intersection of education and public policy. He continues to build on his coursework focus on the international sustainability framework of Agenda 2030 as he enters the dissertation stage for his Ed.D. from the School of Teaching and Learning at Illinois State University.
A former policy director for a statewide youth organization, former executive director for a mutual aid group during COVID-19, and a current Higher Education Sustainability Initiative SDG Publishers Compact Fellow, Mr. Lough looks to continue executing as a servant-leader in scholarship, praxis, and profession.
