Watsachol is a doctoral student, lecturer in English Language Teaching (ELT), curriculum developer, and Google-certified educator. She contributes to a number of adult online learning courses, secondary students’ coursebooks, and teachers’ manual books. Her projects in support of Sustainable Development Goals were implemented in Thailand, Malaysia, and Indonesia.
She is a member of the Awards Professional Council at the TESOL International Association and a committee member of the Thailand Literacy Association.
