Global Studies is part of the Interdisciplinary Studies Program (IDS) that brings multiple subject areas under a single theme.
Students should work closely with the advisor for the Global Studies Minor, in addition to the advisor for their Major.
Requirements of the Minor in Global Studies:
Students will complete 21 credit hours (7 courses) for the Minor. They will choose at least two elective courses from each of the following three categories. Other courses with appropriate content may be approved by the program advisor.
- Category A: Security and Governance
- Category B: Markets and Development
- Category C: Culture, Science and Technology
