OSF Peace Meal provides nutritious meals throughout McLean County Monday through Friday by carryout; home delivery for the homebound is available. 

SNAP

SNAP is the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program that used to be called Food Stamps. SNAP helps low income people buy the food they need for good nutritional health.   

Senior’s Farmer’s Market Nutrition Program

The Illinois Department of Aging issues checks that can be redeemed for fresh fruits and vegetables at local armers’ markets throughout McLean County. Applications are available on the website provided.

Refuge Food Forest (Normal)

The Refuge Food Forest is an organic community garden open to the public. Any produce is free to pick.

Sunnyside Community Garden and Food Forest

A collaborative organization that provides fresh organic produce to the community during the growing season.  Contact through their web page.

Veggie Oasis

Volunteers glean produce at the end of the downtown Bloomington Farmer’s Market and deliver it to distribution sites throughout Westside Bloomington.  Information through Facebook page only.
