National Resource Center on LGBT Aging
This organization focuses on improving the quality of services and supports to LGBT older adults, families, and caregivers. Includes an information and referral form for finding and navigating aging services.
To Survive on This Shore
This website is the virtual version of a book of the same name and includes portraits and interviews with transgender and gender nonconforming older adults.
Resource Guide for the Transgender Community
Paperback book of resources for transgender and gender non-conforming people and tackles different issues such as race, religion, employment medical and surgical transition, mental health, parenthood, arts and culture, etc.
SAGE Advocacy and Services for LGBT Elders
Access to various support initiatives, including connecting with others, a crisis hotline, housing resources, and a large library of educational materials.

Western Avenue supports the community with youth programs, senior programs, Hispanic outreach and interpretation services. Senior programs include balance and strength classes, Bingo, card playing groups, movies, and annual dinner dances.
