Eva Gunawan

M.S. student in Biotechnology

Project Summary:

I am interested in comparative genomics with a focus on parasitoid wasp venoms. Currently, I am working on constructing the genome of Dasymutilla occidentalis and analyzing the venom proteins of this parasitoid wasp. Along with this, I will also be working on creating an analysis pipeline for genome annotation of various parasitoid wasp species.
