ISU in Italy: Orvieto

The ISU in Orvieto summer program is a great option for all ISU students seeking a summer study abroad experience. Art, Art History, and History majors will have the opportunity to get major credit and experience their field abroad. But the program also offers courses that fulfill both the Fine Arts and Humanities requirement for the general education sequence. So, no matter your major, this program offers an exciting way to earn general education credit while experiencing another culture abroad.

Summer 2020:

Dates:  May 18 - June 14, 2020

*Note: Classes are held from May 19 through June 13. Students should plan to arrive in Rome on May 18 (which means leaving the US on May 17) and leave from Rome on June 14. Travel before or after the program is possible but please contact faculty to discuss these travel plans before you book any flights!

All students participating in this program are required to enroll in IDS 133.08 Study Abroad: Italian Language and Culture (3 credits, fulfills Humanities General Education requirement).
