Join the ISU Spanish Club for its annual Salsa Night on Saturday, September, 15, from 7:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. in the Circus Room Bone Student Center. There will be food, music and dancing to celebrate the Kick-off of the Hispanic Heritage Month!

Our first meeting will be this Wednesday, August 29th at 5:30pm on Stevenson Hall 401A!
Please join us and find out about what the Spanish Club activities will be for Fall and it’s election day! If you feel you can be one of the Spanish Club elected member, please come, and nominate yourself!
Admission: FREE for ISU Students, and students want to attend dinner (7-8pm) you must register at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/VCKPM5Q
Other: Ticket is $15.00 Children 10 years and under free entrance (Adult must be present)
Door will open at 6:30pm.
Tickets can be purchased at any Spanish Club meeting held on Wednesdays at 5:30-6:30pm in Stevenson 401, contact Stephanie Rodriguez at srodri7@lstu.edu or send an e-mail to spanishclub@ilstu.edu

A Panel Discussion on forced exile from Venezuela. Introductory remarks by Dr. Gil-Garcia and Mr. Narvaez. Testimonies from Venezuelans in Central Illinois: Jesus Garrido, Jose Patiño, and Oscar Ramos. Followed by a celebration of Venezuelan culture with music by “La Cuadra Venezolana” and food provided by the Venezuelan Association of Central Illinois.
