For Exhibitors

Conference attendees will have the opportunity to visit the exhibit hall throughout the day on both Tuesday, October 15, 2024 and Wednesday, October 16, 2024. All registered exhibitors will receive more detailed information via email on October 4th.

Benefits

Fees include:

  • One exhibit booth (in-person) includes 1-8′ table with linen, 2 chairs, access to 1 standard electrical outlet
  • Registration for up to 3 total exhibitors (1 main, 2 additional)
  • Recognition in the online Conference signage board
  • Logo on the Conference app
  • Ability to network with health professionals throughout the Midwest

Exhibitor Fees

  • For-profit organizations: $0.00
  • Not-for-profit organizations: $0.00
  • Additional Exhibitors (each): $0.00

Registration and Payment

Registration will go live on July 18, 2024 and close on September 20, 2024. Exhibitors are required to register online. Since there are no fees to exhibit at the Conference, there is no cancellation policy. However, please contact ISU Conference Services if you registered for an exhibit and are not planning to attend. This may open a spot for another exhibitor. Let us know by emailing Meg at mdrhoa1@ilstu.edu no later than October 1, 2024.

Logos

All logos must be received by September 20, 2024 or they will not be included. All logos must be submitted as high res (300 dpi) .png or.jpg image file or in vector format (.eps or .ai). Please ensure that all image files are at least 500 pixels wide by 500 pixels tall or larger. Email your logo to Megan at memccan@ilstu.edu.
