Center for Cybersecurity Research and Education in the School of Information Technology at Illinois State University promotes research and education to protect people, infrastructure, business and institutions from a broad range of threats and attacks. The Center’s initiatives enhance understanding of cybersecurity threats and attacks, innovate strategies and practices for preventing these threats and attacks, minimize the effects and the consequences if or when prevention fails, and train a workforce with highly demanded cybersecurity skills and forward-looking insights.
