Then you have come to the right place. On this page, you will find all of the resources you need to request funding from Chem Club. You will also find out the requirements to receiving any funding from us.

Due Date: Friday, February 3rd, 2023

Complete the Chem Club Travel Grant Form to be eligible for funding. Must participate in Chem Club to earn funding!


Chemistry Department Travel Reimbursement Request Form

This form can be found in these locations: (remember to have your research advisor sign this form)

1. Chemistry office bulletin board. (Chemistry Dept Chair’s letter on department reimbursement here too)

2. CAS Chemistry Department Teams, “Department Documents and Forms” Folder.

ISU Travel Guidelines

1. Please read through what is allowable and make sure to save your documentation/receipts for when you need to complete your travel voucher for reimbursement.

2. If you want your refund direct deposited, go to “forms” and fill out the “ACH Direct Deposit” form and turn that in with your travel voucher and receipts. This is also where you will find a travel voucher to complete.

3. Make sure you list any other grants (CAS, Graduate School, Chem Club) and who you may have roomed with in the notes section of the travel voucher. If you need more room, a separate sheet of paper works just fine.

Student Symposium Grant Details and Guidelines

The Student Symposium Grant assists students with the costs associated with carrying out and presenting research, scholarship, or a creative endeavor for presentation at the 2022 or 2023 University-wide Symposium.
