Registration
Attendee registration will open on March 10, 2025. Below are buttons to submit your registration. Registration will close when all spots are filled or May 16, whichever comes first. There is a $15.00 application fee, but all other program items are at no cost.

How to submit your registration
- Online Registration Form: Submit the online form with credit card payment (link is below)
- PDF Registration Form: Submit the PDF form with credit card or check payment (link is below)
- Scan / Email: You can print/scan/email the PDF registration form that includes a credit card to Meg Rhoades at mdrhoa1@ilstu.edu.
- Mail: Print and mail the PDF registration form with credit card information or a check to:

Payment: We accept credit with the online registration form. You can also pay with a credit card or check by sending in the PDF registration form. Checks are payable to Illinois State University.
Cancellation Policy: A full refund will be provided for all cancellations received prior to May 9, 2025. No refunds will be provided after that date. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Meg at mdrhoa1@ilstu.edu. by May 9, 2025.
Confirmation Email / Next Steps: After you have submitted your registration, you will receive a confirmation email that acknowledges that your submission has been received. You will then hear from the planning committee within two weeks after your submission has been received or once your enrollment deposit has been made (whichever happens last). The planning committees email will notify you on whether or not you have been accepted to attend. If you are not accepted, you will be refunded your registration fee. If you are accepted, further information will be provided to you via email.
