Dr. Juliet Lynd
About me
I have an M.A. and Ph.D. in Hispanic and Luso-Brazilian Literatures and Linguistics from the University of Minnesota and a B.A. from Vassar College. In 2008, I joined the faculty at ISU in the Department of Languages, Literatures, and Cultures, where I teach courses in Spanish language and Latin American literary and cultural studies, specializing in literature, art, and politics in Chile since the 1960s. I am Affiliated Faculty in Women’s and Gender Studies and Latin American and Latino/a Studies.
I enjoy movies, books, art, running, traveling, and exploring the world with my partner Alejandro and our two kids Alejo and Javier.
