In 2024, Dr. Sublett published a small book entitled An Outstate Missouri Family Connects with Canada’s Capital: A Memoir of 1953. The memoir describes and provides reactions to the Sublett family’s half-year encounter with Ottawa, Ontario, Canada, as his father supervised the construction of a large warehouse for a grocery store supplier. Therein is also commentary about their hometown of Columbia, Missouri.
