Mingfang Li received her Ph.D. in Management Science at the Renmin University of China, Beijing, China. She is currently working on reverse supply-chain research projects that identify product return reasoning and its impact on businesses and society.
Her research involves examining the effect of returns management on customers’ future behavior by applying structural equation modeling, hierarchical regression modeling and path analysis using Mplus.
