MQM researchers provide timely, high quality analytical models for a variety of use such as supply chain management for policy making decisions by managers and for strategic planning in the private sector. MQM‘s capabilities revolve around management analytics through dynamic structural equation modelling that integrate econometric and time-series analysis and provide both effect and prediction.
MQM draws its visiting scholars from cooperating institutions in the fields of management, business administration, and supply chain operations. Many of the projects the visiting professors work on get published in peer-reviewed journals. Visiting scholars come to MQM from all over the world under various financial support schemes. During their stay at MQM they have the opportunity to exchange and discuss research views with the Illinois State University faculty and students, which often leads to a joint publication in academic journals. In addition, at MQM faculty and students present their research in a research seminar and visiting scholars are invited to take part in the process.
