Beginning in 2021-2022 the Department of Family and Consumer Sciences has
hosted a yearly competition for students interested in pursuing Fashion Design
and Merchandising at Illinois State University. This competitions is open to all high school and community college students, with awards given both on at the high school and community college levels. Scholarship awarded through this
competition are expected to be used for students enrolling in the Fashion Design and Merchandising program the following year.
