I am a Professor in the Department of Psychology within the Industrial-Organizational and Social Psychology MA program at ISU. 

I am an Industrial/Organizational (I/O) Psychologist with research interests in workplace stress, job attitudes and withdrawal behaviors, harassment and coping, volunteer work, and emerging adults’ work experiences.
