Apply for Support

Thanks to funding from the National Science Foundation, we are able to offer partial support to a limited number of conference participants. Preference is given to students, pre-tenure faculty, and members of under-represented groups.

The deadline to submit this application is September 23, 2022.

Forms

Anyone who has been granted support funding from the conference organizers will need to complete and send the following forms.

• Domestic Visitors
  • Non-Employee Travel Voucher
• International Visitors
  • W-8 Form
  • Convera Form

All forms will either need to be signed in ink and emailed or use a digitally dated stamped signature. We can no longer take typed names.

Please return your forms and receipts to Cassandra Snelling by email (clsnell1@ilstu.edu) within 30 days to get reimbursed.
