Excursions

The program includes three weeks of living in Orvieto. During that time, students will take day trips to Assisi and Siena, and an overnight trip (two nights) to Florence. In each city, the program fee includes hotel and transportation (as appropriate) and entrance fees for many museums and cultural sites, such as the Colosseum, the Roman Forum, St. Peter’s Basilica, the Vatican museum, and the Uffizi galleries.

During the fourth week, the students will travel to the Bay of Naples (Pompeii and nearby sites) and Rome. During this period, all hotels, transportation, and museum entrances will be covered by the program fee. Students will be responsible for their own meals (excluding breakfast) and bus pass for Rome. The program will end in Rome.
