This competitive award entailed participation in an intensive workshop designed to expose fellows to a variety of teaching-learning technologies to facilitate their ability to integrate them into their courses and to create a cohort of mentors for other faculty.
Faculty Appreciation Award, Red Tassel Chapter of Mortar Board Honor Society
This award recognizes “faculty members who spark a particular interest in students and further their academic or personal maturation.” I was nominated for this award by an undergraduate who had taken a course with me in Fall 1997 and subsequently worked with me on an independent study.
