The camera and audio systems in a modern cell phone are excellent. Our latest 3D-printed accessory is a stand to use your phone as a document camera in a ZOOM session. It is made to be robust and yet inexpensive for wide distribution.
The phone holder head is designed to allow easy, secure mounting of the phone, and swivels to allow either document camera mode or webcam mode.
To use the system, set your phone in the mounting head, and start a ZOOM session. Rotate the phone and switch front/rear cameras as needed.
The stand clips to an ordinary, legal-size office clipboard. To transport the system, remove phone, un-clip the stand, and go. It can also be mounted on a plywood board or tied to a paving brick, for ultimate stability.
