All graduating undergraduate students must submit, during the semester in which they graduate, the online Senior Survey. The information about the survey is e-mailed from the Department of Mathematics to every graduating undergraduate student, with detailed instructions. If you do not receive that e-mail at least a month before your graduation date, please contact your adviser.
