Located in Normal and a service of Normal Township, the ARC provides recreational activities for seniors (55+) in Normal and the surrounding area as well as assistance services for seniors, nutritional and health support, and opportunities for improving fitness

Miller Park Adult Center

The Center is an accessible facility featuring billiards, game tables, library, areas for socializing, TV, computer area, and cards.  Amenities also include blood pressure screening, blood oxygen screening, cooking classes, tech assistance, and more.

The Center's Senior programming includes Movie Day, Cards Day, Loteria (in Spanish), Bingo and Fitness.  They have also partnered with Community Care Systems, Inc. (CCSI) to provide support to seniors navigating the healthcare systems (including Social Security and Medicare).  Most recreational activities include lunch, and the Center has a Food Program for all who need it.
